Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Our team will review your request and provide the best solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the eligible product (if applicable) and placing a new order.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
